Ying Ying the Weasel is the 'Swiper' of China who only appears in Dora's World Adventure.
Physical Appearance[]
He’s a weasel with blond fur. He wears a blue mask and gloves just like Swiper.
Trivia[]
- Ying Ying's way of saying "Oh, man!" ("Pian-na!") means "Oh, man!" or "Oh, heavens!" in Mandarin Chinese.
- Just like the other 'Swipers' (Fifi, Sammy, Fomkah and Swiper), he’s voiced by Marc Weiner.
- Unlike Swiper's other foreign counterparts, he does not snap his fingers when he is stopped.
- He and Fifi, unlike Swiper, Sammy and Fomkah, have five fingers on their hands instead of the typical four seen on most western cartoon characters.
- He never appeared on either Go, Diego, Go! or Dora and Friends: Into the City!.
- He is most likely a Siberian weasel, a species of weasel native to Asia.
- Theoretically, Ying Ying's way of saying "You're too late! You'll never find [[it/them]/[your/the/that/those] (items)] now!" would be: "Nǐ láidé tài wǎnle! Nǐ xiànzài yǒngyuǎn zhǎo bù dào [[tā/tāmen]/[nǐ de/nàgè/nàgè/nàxiē] (items' name in Chinese)]!"
