Woo-Hoo is a baby star who is turquoise. His ability to play peek-a-boo to find things. In "Star Catcher," Swiper swipes Dora's star pocket with Woo-Hoo inside it as Woo-Hoo floated to Cloud Castle, where the Cloud Prince finds him. Dora gets him back after she beat the cloud prince in a star-catching contest. Woo-Hoo also made an appearance in "The Lost City".
