Woo-Hoo is a baby explorer star who is turquoise. His main ability is to play peekaboo.
He was the first star Dora caught when she received the star pocket from Abuela in "Star Catcher"; Swiper swipes Dora's star pocket with Woo-Hoo inside it and Woo-Hoo floated to the Cloud Castle, where the Cloud Prince finds him. Dora gets him back after she beat the cloud prince in a star-catching contest. Woo-Hoo also made an appearance in the episode "The Lost City".

- He was found by the Cloud Castle Prince, thanks to Swiper, who swiped the Star Pocket from Dora.
- Woo-Hoo is similar to Ash's Pikachu from Pokémon, as if they are the first the protagonist catches.
- He is voiced by Thomas Sharkey, who also voiced Baby Jaguar.
- Woo-Hoo has an older sister named Comfy, though the two are never seen together.
- He has the vocal tone and mannerisms of an autistic child.
- Although Woo-Hoo was introduced the same way other explorer stars are at the end (with the Star catching music during the credits), his game is basically the same as a typical Character Find.
