Vladimir is Dora's friend from Russia just like Helena. He only appears in Dora's World Adventure, just like N'Dari. And he is the third international person who's met after Dora defends Tanzania and before heading to China for Mei. Vladimir says Preivet to Dora when saying hello in Russian language.
