Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star is a popular English children’s lullaby. Dora and Boots sang the song to help Little Star stop crying and make her feel better in the episode "Little Star" and to help Tico get the baby chipmunks to stop being so cranky in the episode "The Super Babies Dream Adventure". It is also featured in "Dora's Pirate Adventure" where the Singing Bridge messes up the song and the cast had to correct it, as well as "Dora's Jack-in-the-Box" for the viewer to guess the title of the song the Piano Gate is singing.

  • In "Dora's Pirate Adventure", the Singing Bridge incorrectly sang the second verse as, "How I wonder what you ate for breakfast" and then asked the cast to sing it the correct way.
  • The lyrics are from the first stanza of an early-19th-century English poem by Jane Taylor, "The Star", with the first two verses repeated at the end.
  • The melody came from the French song "Ah! vous dirai-je, maman", and was later arranged by multiple composers, including Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with "Twelve Variations on 'Ah vous dirai-je, Maman'".
  • This song shares the same tune as The Alphabet Song as well as another children's song called "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep".
  • This song is the forty-fourth and final track in the 2004 Dora the Explorer album.
