Sparky is Dora's horse who appears in "Dora & Sparky's Riding Adventure." When he communicates with Dora, he more often whinnies.
If he ever talks, he would probably be voiced by Philippine media announcer Al Torres who announced several promos for Dora the Explorer on GMA-7 in the early 2000s.
