Dora: Hola, soy, Dora. I'm looking for my friend Boots. Do you see Boots?

[Boots pops out of a tree]

(Cursor clicks Boots)

Dora: Yeah, there he is!

Boots: Watch meeeeee!

[Boots swings on vine and lands on the ground and looks at a metal boot]

Boots: Hey look. A metal boot? Dora!

[Dora runs to Boots and they clear the bush revealing a robot]

Dora: Wow! Do you know what this is?

Both: A robot!

Boots: And he has a tool belt! Cool!

Dora: Let's turn him on!

[Dora flips the power switch, but nothing happens; she repeatedly flips it]

Boots: How come he didn't turn on, Dora?

[Dora looks behind the robot and sees the battery compartment is empty]

Dora: Oh, no! The robot is missing his batteries! We need to find out how many batteries the robot needs. Count with me.

(Cursor clicks the battery slots)

Both: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight!

Dora: So we need eight batteries. I bet I have some batteries in my backpack. Will you check my backpack for batteries? You have to say, "Backpack".

["Backpack, Backpack" plays]

Backpack: Backpack, Backpack. Backpack, Backpack. Yeah!

Backpack: Hola! Dora needs to find eight batteries. Ocho pilas. Let's count them in Spanish. Repeat after me.

(Cursor clicks the batteries)

Backpack: Una, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco, seis, siete, ocho! Ocho pilas! You found eight batteries! Muy bien! Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum, delicioso!

Dora: Now let's put the batteries in the robot. Count them with me in Spanish. Una, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco, seis, siete, ocho! Ocho pilas! Eight batteries! Great! Now, the robot should turn on.

[Dora flips the power switch; the robot powers up and begins to move]

Roberto: Hola! I'm Roberto! What are your names?

Dora: I'm Dora!

Boots: And I'm Boots! Hola!

[Roberto suddenly looks around worriedly]

Roberto: Hey, this isn't Grandpa's house. Grandpa! Grandpa! I need to find mi abuelo!

Dora: Don't worry. We'll help you find your grandpa.

Boots: (whispers): But we don't know where his grandpa is.

Dora: Who do we ask for help when we don't know which way to go?

Boots: The Map!

Dora: Will you check the Map to find out how to get to Grandpa's house? You have to say, "Map".

[Map pops up]

Boots: Louder!

[Map zooms into the air]

Map: I'm the Map!

Map: Dora and Boots need to help Roberto get home to his grandpa! Well, I know how to get to Grandpa's house! First, go over the Railroad Bridge. Then, go past the volcano. And that's how you get to Grandpa's house!

[The stars appear, laughing]

Fiesta Trio: Estrellas!

Map: Oh, stars! Try and catch stars along the way!

[The stars disappear]

Map: So remember: Bridge, Volcano, Grandpa's House. Say it with me. Bridge, Volcano, Grandpa's House. Bridge, Volcano, Grandpa's House. Bridge, Volcano, Grandpa's House! [zooms to the screen]

Dora: Bridge, Volcano, Grandpa's House. Where do we go first?

(Cursor clicks the bridge)

Dora: Bridge, right. Railroad Bridge. So first we need to find the bridge.

Boots: I don't see a bridge.

Roberto: Maybe if we stretch up high, we can see it.

Dora: Let's all stretch up high. Put your arms in the air and stretch, stretch, stretch!

[Roberto's legs extend]

Roberto: Do you see the bridge?

(Cursor clicks it)

Roberto: Yeah, there it is! Muy bien!

Dora and Boots: Good stretching!

Dora: Wow, Roberto! You're really good at stretching.

[Roberto comes back down]

Roberto: Thanks! Come on, let's go home to Grandpa's!

[Dora and Boots leave; unfortunately, Roberto has trouble walking]

Roberto: Uh-oh! I've forgotten how to walk!

Dora: That's okay. We'll show you how to walk. Come on, let's all move like robots! Move your arms up and down! Up and down! Up and down! Now stamp your feet! Stamp, stamp, stamp! Stamp, stamp, stamp! Stamp, stamp, stamp! We're doing the robot walk! Good robot walking! And look, Roberto's robot walking!

Roberto: Thanks for helping me robot walk!

Dora: Come on, let's help Roberto get home to his grandpa!

All: Come on, let's robot walk!

[Robot travel song plays]

Dora: Move your arms up and down! Up and down! Up and down! Stamp your feet! Stamp, stamp, stamp! Stamp, stamp, stamp! Stamp, stamp, stamp! Let's all move like robots! Walk the robot way! We'll help our friend Roberto get to Grandpa's house today! Where are we going? (clapping 3x)

Boots: Grandpa's House. Where are we going? (clapping 3x)

(Both laughing)

(Dora, Boots and Roberto are still having fun doing the robot walk, until...)

Benny: HELP!

Tico: Ayudanos, ayudanos!

Dora: That sounds like Tico and Benny!

[They discover their broken treehouse]

Dora: Que paso? What happened to the treehouse?

Tico: ¡Son blun un gran viento! Whoosh!

Dora: A big wind came and broke it!

Benny: And we don't have any tools to fix it.

Roberto: I can help! I have lots of tools in my tool belt. I've got a screwdriver, a wrench, and a hammer.

Dora: Roberto's going to need your help to fix the treehouse. Will you help Roberto? Great!

(Others cheering)

Roberto: First, I need to hammer the walls back on. Do you see my hammer?

(Cursor clicks the hammer)

Roberto: Right, there it is. Tap the hammer with me. Tap, tap, tap! Tap, tap, tap! Tap, tap, tap! Great hammering. Now I have to screw in the window. Do you see my screwdriver?

(Cursor clicks the screwdriver)

Roberto: Right, there it is. Twist the screwdriver with me. Twist, twist, twist! Twist, twist, twist! Twist, twist, twist! Good twisting. Now I need a wrench to tighten the door. Do you see my wrench?

(Cursor clicks the wrench)

Dora: The treehouse is all fixed! It's as good as new! Thanks for helping.

Benny: What a cool robot!

(Stars whooshing)

Boots: I hear stars!

Dora: Estrellas!

(Stars giggling)

Dora: Do you see stars?

Stars: Try and catch us!

Roberto: It's an Explorer Star! That's Tool Star! He can help us along the way, if we can catch him!

Dora: We need to catch the stars! Reach up to catch the stars! Reach up! Catch 'em, catch 'em, catch 'em! We caught them all!

Roberto: Even Tool Star!

Dora: Let's put them in the star pocket.

Stars: The star pocket, the star pocket! Yippee! Yippee! Whoo-hoo! (giggling)

Dora: Good star catching.

Boots: Come on, we'd better hurry! We're helping Roberto get home to his grandpa.

Benny: Thanks again for fixing our treehouse! Good luck!

Tico: Buena suerte!

[They reach the bridge]

(Azul tooting)

Dora: We made it to the bridge!

Boots: Train tracks!

Roberto: But there are pieces missing from the tracks.

(Azul chugging, tooting)

Boots: Hey, look! It's our friend, Azul! He's gonna cross the bridge!

Dora and Boots: Oh, no!

Dora: The bridge is missing pieces! Azul has to stop!

All: Stop, Azul!!

Boots: STOP!

Dora: PARA!

Azul: I can't stop! I'm going too fast!

Dora: We need to fix the bridge, quick!

Roberto: I can help!

[Roberto skates under the bridge]

(Cursor clicks the single piece)

(hammering)

(Cursor clicks the double piece)

Azul: Choo-choo! I can't stop!!!

Boots: Hurry!!!

Dora: Rapido!!!

Roberto: Quick! Which piece goes here?

(Cursor clicks the triple piece)

Roberto: Yeah, there it is! (struggles to get it) The last piece is stuck!

[Tool Star comes out]

Roberto: Tool Star!

[Tool Star uses a crowbar to knock the rock away]

Roberto: Thanks, Tool Star!

[Tool Star returns to the star pocket]

(hammering)

[Azul safely crosses the bridge]

Azul: Phew! Thanks for your help fixing the bridge.

[Fanfare plays]

Dora: Are you okay, Azul?

Boots: Yeah, that was close!

Azul: I'm okay. Your friend sure is fast! What's his name?

Boots: His name's Roberto.

Azul: Hola, Roberto! Thanks for your help. Gracias!

Roberto: De nada!

Azul: Choo-choo!

[Azul leaves]

Boots: Where do we go next?

Dora: Bridge, Volcano, Grandpa's House. We went over the bridge. Where do we go next?

(Cursor clicks the volcano)

Dora: Volcano, right. We need to find the volcano.

Boots: I don't see the volcano. There's a big rock in the way.

Roberto: I can help! I just need to lift up this big rock. Will you help me lift up the rock? Great! Put your hands out in front of you. Lift, lift, lift! Good lifting! You're strong! Do you see the volcano?

(Cursor clicks it)

Boots: Yeah, there it is!

Dora: Great job! Come on, vamonos! Let's help Roberto get home to his grandpa!

All: Let's all robot walk!

[Robot travel song plays]

Dora: Move your arms up and down! Up and down! Up and down! Stamp your feet! Stamp, stamp, stamp! Stamp, stamp, stamp! Stamp, stamp, stamp! Let's all move like robots! Walk the robot way! We'll help our friend Roberto get to Grandpa's house today! Where are we going? (clapping 3x)

(Both laughing)

[They reach the volcano]

(Swiper rustles)

Dora: Uh-oh, that sounds like Swiper the Fox.

Roberto: Swiper?

Boots: Yeah. That sneaky fox is always trying to swipe our stuff.

Dora: If you see Swiper, say "Swiper!". You see Swiper? Where?

[Without warning, Swiper spins around Roberto and swipes his tools]

Swiper: You're too late! (throws them into the volcano) You'll never find your tools, now! Heh-heh-heh-heh-heh!

Dora: Oh, no! Swiper swiped Roberto's tools! How will we get them back?

(rumbling)

Boots: Dora! The volcano's starting to shake!

Roberto: The ground's starting to shake!

All: We're starting to shake!

[The volcano erupts out bouncy balls]

Boots: Bouncy balls!

Dora: Hurry! We have to help Roberto find his tools! Do you see the hammer?

(Cursor clicks it)

Boots: Yeah, there it is!

Dora: Do you see the screwdriver?

(Cursor clicks it)

Boots: Yeah, I see it! Catch it, Roberto!

Dora: Now the wrench! Do you see the wrench?

Boots: Where'd it go, where'd it go?

(Cursor clicks it)

Dora: Quick, Roberto! Roberto got all his tools back!

Dora and Boots: Yay!

Dora: Thanks for helping!

[Fanfare plays]

Boots: Where do we go next?

Dora: Bridge, Volcano, Grandpa's House. We went over the bridge. Past the volcano. Where do we go next?

(Cursor clicks Grandpa's house)

Dora: Grandpa's house, right!

Roberto: Do you see Grandpa's house?

(Cursor clicks it)

Roberto: Yeah, there it is! Ahi esta!

Dora: Now we have to get to Grandpa's house.

Boots: But it's very far away!

Roberto: I wish we could find something that could get us there fast. I really wanna get home to mi abuelo!

(Beeping)

Voice: I can take you!

Roberto: That sounds like Grandpa's Robot Bike!

Dora: Do you see a bicycle?

(Cursor clicks it)

Boots: There it is!

Robot Bike: Here I am!

Boots: And it's big enough for all of us!

Robot Bike: I'll get you to Grandpa's house fast!

Dora: Great! Now we need bicycle helmets.

Boots: I bet you have some bicycle helmets in your backpack, Dora.

Dora: Will you ask Backpack for three bicycle helmets? You have to say, "Backpack".

Boots and Roberto: Louder!

["Backpack, Backpack" plays]

Backpack: Backpack, Backpack. Yeah!

Backpack: Hola! How many bicycle helmets does Dora need? Three! Can you find the biggest helmet?

(Cursor clicks it)

Backpack: Yeah, there it is! Where is the medium helmet?

(Cursor clicks it)

Backpack: Yup, you found it! Do you see the smallest helmet?

(Cursor clicks it)

Backpack: That's it! Smart looking! Yum, yum, yum, delicioso!

Katie the Robot Bird: Roberto, Roberto, Roberto! We've been looking all over for you! Abuelo is very worried!

Roberto: Oh, no! Grandpa's very worried about me!

Katie the Robot Bird: Follow me home, quick!

Boots: Who's the bird, Roberto?

Roberto: That's Katie. She's really fast.

Dora: We'd better pedal fast! Will you help us pedal fast? Great! Put your feet in the air and...

All: Pedal, pedal, pedal!

Dora: Faster!

All: Pedal, pedal, pedal!

Dora: Super fast!

All: Pedal, pedal, pedal!

[They reach the robot gate]

All: Yay!

Dora: Good pedaling.

Porton: Hola, Roberto!

Roberto: Hola, Porton! Abre, por favor!

[Porton opens; they walk through]

All: Yay!

[They reach Grandpa's house]

Roberto: Grandpa's house! I can't wait to get inside and see Grandpa!

[They enter]

Roberto: Abuelo! Abuelo!

Roberto's Grandpa: Roberto! I missed you so much! I'm so happy to see you, Roberto.

Roberto: I missed you too, Abuelo.

(Robot Dog barking)

(Robot Cat meowing)

Roberto: Hola, perrito! Hola, gatito!

Roberto's Grandpa: We all missed you! Who are your friends?

Roberto: This is my new friend Boots. He's a really funny monkey.

Roberto's Grandpa: Well, hello, Boots!

Roberto: And this is mi nueva amiga Dora. She's an explorer! They helped me get home!

Roberto's Grandpa: Buen trabajo, Dora! Good job, Boots! Thank you for bringing Roberto home! Muchas gracias!

Dora and Boots: De nada!

[Fanfare plays]

Boots: Dora, we did it!

["We Did It!" plays]

Both: We did it.

Boots: We did it.

All: Yay!

Dora: Lo hicimos.

Backpack and Map: We did it!

Dora: We robot walked with Roberto.

Both: We did it.

Boots: We did it.

Boots: And we got Roberto home to his abuelo.

Boots: We helped fix the treehouse and a bridge today.

Dora: And we made some new friends!

(Robot Cat meowing)

Dora: Yay!

(Cursor clicks)

Dora: We had such a fun trip today. What was your favorite part of the trip? I liked that, too.

Boots: My favorite part was doing the robot walk. (Dora and Boots do the robot walk)

Dora and Boots: (Both laughing)

Dora: My favorite part was bringing Roberto home to his abuelo. Hey, let's see how many stars we caught. Let's count them. To call the stars, say "Estrellas".

[The stars fly out]

Both: One, two, three, four, five!

Boots: Five stars!

Dora: Cinco estrellas!

Boots: Wow! Tool Star's got lots of tools!

Dora: We couldn't have done it without you!

Both: Thanks for helping!

Dora: Gracias!

[The stars fly away]
