La Bruja (English for “The Witch”) is a mean witch who appeared in "Dora's Big Birthday Adventure". A terrible wisher at childhood, she detested all wishes and wishings and would stop at nothing until all the wishing crystals are gone. When she discovered Dora, she vowed to avenge the doom of her cousin. She was the cousin to the Witch of the Snowy Forest.

She has long black hair, peach skin, and brown eyes. She wears pink lipstick, yellow earrings and a yellow and purple necklace, a black witch hat, a purple cape with some yellow and black, and a dark red dress.
