Isabella (Isa for short) is a very close friend of Dora. She is an even closer friend of Boots. Isa is a skilled gardener and loves to grow mainly flowers of all kinds. She even presents her mother with a bouquet of flowers she grew herself as a Mother's Day gift.

At times, her problem-solving skills prove to be invaluable for her friends and even herself made all the more disposal by her naturally acquired ability to blend into surroundings at will.
Looks
Isa's body is mostly green. She has white eyes with black pupils and spikes along her back and tail.
Appearances
Isa appears in most episodes of Dora the Explorer. Her first appearance was in "The Legend of the Big Red Chicken" for the opening of the show.
Trivia
- Not surprisingly, Isa has a bit of a crush on Boots.
- Isa appeared on the Dora and Friends: Into the City! episode "Return to the Rainforest".
- In the episode she introduces Dora to a young flower who lives in her garden named Bud who had grown up hearing stories about Dora and her adventures from Isa and was excited to finally meet Dora. At the end of the episode, Bud ends up getting sewn into Backpack by Kate while she was repairing her, however, Bud is fine with it as he gets to go on adventures with Dora.
