[We start this episode at the bedrom at Dora's house.] Let's greet them!
“It’s bedtime, and Boots and I
are having a sleepover.” (That's cool!)
“Whenever I go to sleep, I always have
She has a question: "What do YOU sleep with?"
Boots has something HE sleeps with: “I go to sleep with
“I’ve had him since I was a baby monkey.”
"I never go to sleep without my dinosaur."
"I'm going to get my dinosaur out of my bag.”
Unfortunately, his dinosaur is not in his bag!
"Boots, are you sure he’s not there?", Dora asked Boots.
He said that he packed him when he was getting ready for the sleepover,
"WHERE IS HE? WHERE IS HE?!" he said as he freaked out.
She then tells him that they were at Play Park with their friends.
His dinosaur might have fallen out
“Boots, we’ll find your dinosaur. I know we can.”
"Will YOU help me find my dinosaur?" he asked.
The sun is setting outside!
We'd better go to Play Park, FAST!"
"Before it gets too dark to find my cuddly dinosaur!"
"We need to find the quickest way to Play Park!"
Who do we ask for help when we don’t know where to go?
Will you check the Map to find the quickest way to Play Park? You have to say, "Map!"
Oh, good! He's awake! "Hello, Dora!"
"Hello, Boots! Is it morning, already?"
“No, Map. We need your help to find Boots’ dinosaur.”
“Yeah, my cuddly dinosaur! He’s lost at Play Park!”
Map is shocked! "(gasps) WHAT?! Your cuddly dinosaur is lost?!? OH, NO!!!"
(SPRIIIIIIING!) Up he goes! Let's see what he says...
Map's ready for work! "Dora and Boots need to find the quickest way to Play Park to look for Boots' cuddly dinosaur.” he says. "Well, I know the quickest way!" Listen carefully...
“First, go to the Animal Center.”
“Then, go past Benny's barn.”
“And that's how you'll get to Play Park
to find Boots' cuddly dinosaur!”
Oh, stars! Try and catch stars along the way!
So remember: Animals, Barn, Play Park!
Animals, Barn, Play Park! Where do we go first?
Animals, right! The Animal Center!
"So first we need to find the Animal Center."
Donde esta? Where is the Animal Center? (An owl is in the way!)
“Dora, I really miss that dinosaur.”
They hear a laughing sound.
“Boots, that’s Comfy, the cuddly Explorer Star. She’s trying to make you feel better.”
"Try and catch me!" she said.
More stars! ¡Mas estrellas!
Help them catch the stars!
Catch them, catch them, catch them!!
Let's put them in the star pocket.
"YAY!" goes Comfy in the star pocket.
We made it to the Animal Rescue Center!
Diego blowing a conch shell horn.
The mommy capybara with her baby.
The armadillo with his mommy.
These rest of the animals can’t find their babies!
“We have to listen to the sounds to find the baby animals.”
“Yeah, there she is! Great!”
Now help this tapir find the baby tapir.
And finally, help this banana bird find its baby.
There’s the baby banana bird!
Dora has an idea! "I know a lullaby in Spanish we can sing
to tell the babies good night!"
"Oh, yeah. The one Abuela sings." said Diego.
(lullaby music plays)
It goes like this...
Dúermanse Animales, Buenas Noches.
Dúermanse Animales, Buenas Noches, Buenas Noches.
Looks like Boots wants to sing, too! "I wanna sing it!" he said.
"Can you sing, "Buenas Noches"?"
She instructs: "Now, when I sing 'Buenas Noches',
you sing 'Buenas Noches'."
Buenas Noches, Buenas Noches.
"Let’s sing it to the babies!"
Buenas Noches, Buenas Noches.
All the babies are asleep! Good singing!
He and Dora are going to Play Park to find the cuddly dinosaur.
They wave goodbye to Diego.
Hey, who's that up in the tree?
Oh, it's the Fiesta Trio wearing baby bonnets!
We went to the Animal Center, where do we go next?
Barn, right! Benny's Barn!
Look, there’s a baby sunflower and a mother sunflower.
Benny shows his Nine Guys. He can't go to sleep without them.
Boots tells him about the fact that he lost his dinosaur!
Benny feels bad for him. "That's a bummer." he said.
Uh-oh, that sounds like Swiper the Fox!
Swiper?! "He'll try to swipe my Nine Guys!"
If you see Swiper, yell "Swiper!".
Let's keep looking! Don’t forget to yell "Swiper!" when you see him.
"YOU SEE SWIPER?!" they asked.
"WHERE IS HE?!!" Benny added.
Oh, no!! Swiper swiped Benny's nine guys!
And he threw it in Benny's barn!
(How reckless of you, Swiper!)
You'll NEVER find your stuffed animals now!" Swiper taunted to Benny.
(OF COURSE NOT! We ALREADY know EXACTLY where you hid them!)
We got to get my guys back. I can't go to sleep without them.
(At least, the fox has got a point.)
Boots decides to help him.
He's going to climb up that ladder, find the nine guys and throw them back to him.
"Hey! It's dark in there!" Boots warned.
"I'm gonna need something
to help me see in the dark!"
Dora has a suggestion: "Let's look in my Backpack!"
You have to say, "Backpack!".
Dora hears someone snoring
"
Uh-oh!"
"Do you hear snoring?"
"Who do you think is snoring?"
"Backpack, right!"
She's sleeping!
"Backpack fell asleep!" Benny notices.
We have to wake up Backpack!
Say "Wake up, Backpack!”
Louder!
WAKE UP, BACKPACK!
You woke her up! Good work!
"Hey, it's not morning yet!"
She then tells Backpack the problem.
She explained how Swiper tossed Benny's guys in the barn! "Oh, NO!" gasped Backpack.
(See, he DID have a point!)
Backpack urges the viewer to say her name.
(Say "Backpack"!)
Backpack asks the viewer: "¡Rápido! Can you find something that Boots can use to see in the dark?"
"La linterna, right! Good thinking!"
"Got it!"
¡La linterna! The flashlight! Now Boots can find Benny’s guys.
“Let’s count and make sure we find all nine of Benny’s guys. Count with me.”
(And like we all know, Swiper has got the point in swiping them into the barn!)
Here comes the Fiesta Trio again! This time, they’re wearing night caps.
They wonder where Benny is going.
“I gotta go get something.”
Never mind. Where do we go next?
We went to the Animal Center and past Benny's Barn, so where do we go next?
Uh-oh! The sun's almost gone!
If they don’t make it to Play Park before dark, they’ll never find Boots dinosaur (and if they can’t find his dinosaur, they can’t have the sleepover)!
"Do you see anything that can get us up to Play Park?"
"It's Benny, look! He went and got his hot air balloon!" (THAT could be the "something" he was going to get, mentioned earlier!)
He tells them to say “Arriba” to make it go up
and “Abajo” to get it down.
Benny is going to bed! Buenas noches, Benny!
Dora loves the "beautiful" high view up there.
Let's make a wish on Little Star!
Let's wish to find Boots' dinosaur.
Say "I wish to find Boots' dinosaur!"
I wish to find Boots' dinosaur!
"I hope ALL your wishes come true!"
Play Park is way down below.
Thanks for saying "abajo"!
“I hope my dinosaur is here.”
"Will you help us find Boots' dinosaur?"
"Is the dinosaur near the swings?"
Nothing here; they’re empty!
How about over there? (Wait a minute... did you just see the dinosaur's head in the bottom left?!)
Nothing near the slide either!
Boots is so happy! "Yeah! THERE'S my dinosaur!"
“Thanks for finding my cuddly dinosaur.”
"I couldn't go to sleep without him.”
And you know what THAT means...
Now they can have the sleepover!
[Later that evening...]
They decide to play a silly game with their stuffed animals. "Don’t worry, Osito, I'll get ya down from that volcano!
Now she’s pretending Osito being saved. "Excelente! Now let’s go!
Laughing! That WAS a silly game!
Boots is so happy that he got his dinosaur from Play Park in time for the sleepover!
We helped Diego's animals
We did it! [Mami and Papi came to dance.]
Then we rode in a hot air balloon
and said "Arriba" to rise!
[Time for bed!] We did it!
"What good friends you all are!"
[Music changes to lullaby rendition]
(whispering) “We had such an exciting trip today.”
What was your favorite part of the trip?
She thought Boots is asleep.
He was just “pretending”.
Boots loved when he got his dinosaur back!
That was Dora's favorite part, too! And she also loved the balloon ride.
And now, one last thing before they go to sleep...
"And let's see how many stars we caught. To call the stars, say "Estrellas"."
"Now, count them with me."
¡Cuatro estrellas! Great!
And look who's saying goodnight to Boots!
“Thanks for helping me get my dinosaur back.”
“We couldn’t have done it without you. Thanks for helping. Gracias.”
Good night! ¡Buenas noches!
(click, beep)
