Fairy Star is a minor explorer star that only appeared in the double-length episode Dora's Fairytale Adventure.
Just like Magico, her power is to magically make things appear with a magic wand.
She even turned Dora into a princess during the end credits of "Dora's Fairytale Adventure".

- She is very similar to Magico Star. They both have the ability to do magic.
- Fairy Star is the only special Explorer Star to never enter Dora's star pocket. As soon as she was caught and made the stairs to the moon, she along with the ordinary-colored stars flew away.
- Fairy Star is one of the few stars that do not speak during their appearance, the others being Sliparooni, Gusty, Funny Star, and Spy Star.
- Going by production order, she was the last new star to be introduced and the only one in Season 4 to have a new mini game.
