• Pegaso is the Spanish word for Pegasus.
• Benny, Tico, and Isa don't appear in this episode.
• This is the second time Swiper wears his spacesuit. The first time was in Journey to the Purple Planet. Also, it is unknown how he and the Fiesta Trio got into outer space.
• This is the 122^nd episode of the show.
• The We Did It! song changes its music for the half-hour episodes.
• Dora's eyes are big in this episode and they will always be that way for the rest of this season. However, Boots' eyes are still normal.
• This is the second episode Dora and Boots travel in outer space, they first traveled in space in the Season 3 episode Journey to the Purple Planet.
• Dora and Boots don't sing the Travel Song in this episode, they're not supposed to anyway because they're busy looking for the star gazed constellations all because of the meteor shower scaring them.
• This episode premiered exactly 8 years after Click! premiered on Nick Jr, 3 years after Dora Saves the Mermaids premiered on Nickelodeon, and 5 years after Boots to the Rescue premiered on TVO Kids.
• This is the 23^rd instance where Dora and Boots returned to where they came from after reaching the final place on the map.

Goofs/Errors

• At the end of this episode, Dora has her bracelet on the wrong hand.
• This episode is shown in a flashback of Dora's Big Birthday Adventure, but it is in the previous season. This proves the episode occurred before the said episode, or probably produced before it.
• When Dora and Boots are riding Pegaso, they do not wear spacesuits.
  • Apparently, the Magic of the Pegasus constellation allowed Dora and Boots to breathe in space.
