The Dog Catcher, aka Mailman, at the end of Save the Puppies!, only appeared in the episode itself.
Description[]
He is responsible for catching 100 puppies and locking the in the Doggy Cages. But when Dora and Boots, along with a puppy he failed to catch, found 100 keys in red boxes, all the 100 puppies came out of their cages and the Dog Catcher was surprised and he decided to change his job to mailman.
