Summary[]

Dora, Alana, and Pablo enter a dancing city called Baila to help a girl named Celia. It all started when Celia accidentally stubbed her toe, and her dad, the Mayor of Baila, announced that dancing is no longer allowed in Baila. The group goes to the town hall and explains to the Mayor of Baila that dancing can be both fun and safe.
