Episodes in which the viewer is asked to stand up

This is a list of episodes where Dora and Boots (or other character) asks the viewer to stand up if the activity requires strong use of the feet and legs, like jumping, marching, or doing a certain dance.

The following phrases would be heard:

• You have to stand up to do (action or dance).
• Stand up, please! stand up!
• Up, up, up! stand up/get up
