When Swiper feels extremely happy, he often said "Yip, yip, yippee!" in episodes such as Pinto, the Pony Express, A Letter for Swiper, and The Lost City.
Note: Although he didn't appear, Dora and Boots used a variation of the phrase ("Yip, yip, hooray!") after freeing 100 puppies from the Doggy Cages in the episode Save the Puppies!.
