Summary[]
Dora and her friends take part in a buddy race. When Alana arrives, she had her ankle twisted and couldn't run with Dora. So, Dora teams up with a different buddy for each new activity.
Trivia[]
- The monkeys who threw the fruit for Dora and Kate to catch looked like the Bobo Brothers from Go, Diego, Go!.
- Ironically, the Bobos themselves don't appear in Dora and Friends until For the Birds.
- This is the last episode where Mami is voiced by Eileen Galindo. For the remainder of the series, she will be voiced by Leila Colom.
- Ironically, this is second time Galindo was replaced in the role. She was briefly succeeded by Socorro Santiago during the fourth season of Dora the Explorer (as well as one episode of Season 3), but returned in Season 5.
- Despite the fact that Alana couldn't run in the buddy race, she manages to help out with the sports brainteasers where she actually teams up with Dora by using her brain to answer the clues.
