Al Rescate (also known as "Al Rescate, Amigos!", translated to "To the Rescue" or "To the Rescue, Friends!") is a travel song equivalent from "Go, Diego, Go!". The song is sung whenever an animal is in trouble and Diego needs to rescue it. It was first heard on Rescue of the Red-Eyed Tree Frogs! (or Chinta the Baby Chinchilla in the show's production order).

- This song, along with Una Adventura, is considered the "Travel Song" of Go, Diego, Go!.
- The bilingualism is also earlier indicated from the Dora the Explorer song Run, Dora, Run! from "Dora Saves the Game".
- In the closing credits, this song is instrumental.
- Una Adventura shares the exact music and almost the same lyrics with this song.
- Both are even used in some episodes such as Baby Jaguar to the Rescue, Diego the Hero, Manatee's Mermaid Rescue!, Freddie the Fruit Bat Saves Halloween, and Diego's Ringed Seal Rescue.
- Before the spinoff premiered, the animals' cheer of "Go, Diego, go! ¡Vamos, Diego, vamos!" was teased in the original series episode ¡Rápido, Tico!, when Dora and Boots cheered "Go, Tico, go! ¡Vamos, Tico, vamos!".
- Diego sings this song always starting with ziplining leaving the animal center, however, he's not always zip lining, he sometimes travels using his yellow car, or other transportation on how to get to the place where the animal is in trouble.
- If another character is joining Diego, he would say "Clap your hands with us" instead of "me." That character would also shout out the animal sound with them.
- If Alicia joins the adventure, the animals would say her name in place of Diego's on the second line ("¡Vamos, Alicia, Vamos!")
- If Dora joins the adventure, the animals would say her name the same way ("¡Vamos, Dora, Vamos!")
- That same line would later be coined by Naiya when she cheers for her in Our First Concert.
- The animals never do that to Diego's animal friends such as Baby Jaguar, Sammy in Diego Saves the Mommy and Baby Sloth, Baby Humpback Whale in Diego and Baby Humpback to the Rescue, Victor in Diego Rescues Prince Vicuña, the Bobo Brothers in To Babysit a Bobo, etc.
- In Super Flying Squirrel to the Rescue, because Diego is riding a motorcycle throughout the entire adventure, he says, "Honk the horn with me," instead of "Clap your hands with me." Therefore, "clap, clap, clap" is replaced with "honk, honk, honk."
- The second animal changes back and forth between the scarlet macaw and the sloths depending on the episode.
- In Freddie the Fruit Bat Saves Halloween, Diego and the animals wear Halloween costumes because it's a Halloween special.
