Abuela (full name: Valerie Ester de la Santíssima Trinidad Márquez de León y Izaguirre), or Abuelita Valerie in Dora and the Lost City of Gold, is the paternal grandmother of Dora, Guillermo, Isabella, Alicia, Daisy, and Diego. She is the mother of Cole and Nico. She's also the mother in law of Elena and Sabrina.
She was voiced by the late Antonia Rey until Season 5, and currently by Miriam Cruz.

Abuela has gray hair, has peach skin, and wears a long sleeve yellow shirt yellow skirt and pink high heels.
Description[]
Abuela is a kind, caring and compassionate grandmother. She's really good at baking, especially chocolate cake. She would often give Dora gifts, as she gave her a star pocket in "Star Catcher".
